Wash & Fold Laundry in Gramercy & Flatiron, NYC

Gramercy and Flatiron read as one neighborhood in everyday use, even though the official lines split them at about 23rd Street. The Flatiron half is dominated by loft conversions north and south of the iconic building itself, with Madison Square Park as the social anchor and Eataly as the de facto town hall. The Gramercy half, especially east of Park Avenue South, is older, quieter, and more residential — prewar coops on the streets around Gramercy Park (still gated, still keys-only), brownstones on East 19th and East 20th, and a long line of doorman buildings on Third and Second Avenue.

Our customer base mirrors the geography. Flatiron residents skew younger and more professional — tech, media, advertising — and tend to live in the converted loft buildings along Fifth, Broadway, and Park Avenue South. They want fast, app-driven service with minimal coordination. Gramercy residents are more often established professionals and families in prewar coops, on weekly recurring schedules with full doorman coordination. Both want laundry that arrives back on the same day every week, folded the same way every time.

We cover Gramercy and Flatiron from East 14th up to East 30th, Park Avenue South area to Third Avenue, every day. Pickup density is high — these are some of our easiest blocks to route — and most of our Gramercy customers aren't home when the pickups happen. Bags are left with the front desk, the super, or just inside the package room; we send a photo confirmation when we collect.

The dry-cleaning side of the business is significant here. Suits, dresses, structured outerwear, and the kind of formalwear that comes out for charity galas at the National Arts Club or events around Madison Square — all of it gets tagged at intake, individually inspected, and returned in 3–4 business days.
