Crisp Laundry was founded in 2018 with a single Murray Hill storefront and a simple idea: hospitality-grade wash & fold, transparent pricing, and the kind of attention you'd give your own clothes.
We kept our doors open through the pandemic and opened a second store on the Upper East Side in 2024 — two Manhattan stores running one shared standard.
In 2026 we expanded free pickup & delivery to all of Manhattan below 110th Street. Every order is cleaned in-house at our Murray Hill facility — never dropped off at a third-party laundromat.
