Our flagship Wash & Fold service is designed to give you back your time. Whether you're juggling work, family, or just want to spend your weekends doing something other than laundry, Crisp Laundry makes it easy. We handle the washing, drying, folding, and even the pickup and delivery — so you don’t have to.
How It Works
Schedule a Pickup
Getting started is simple.
Order from wherever you are — via our mobile app, website, text, email, or phone. Our pickup and delivery windows are Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturdays 9am to 4pm.
Fill in your contact information, service type, cleaning preferences, pickup and delivery times, and enter your credit/debit card information. Once you submit the order, your account will automatically be created for you. Your preferences will be saved and can be changed anytime.
We Clean with Care
Your clothes are brought back to our store, weighed, and your ticket is generated. Your cleaning preferences and special instructions are printed and attached to your bags and are followed during the cleaning process.
Laundry is cleaned in-house at our midtown east store. Your clothes are never mixed with other customers and are kept separate from others throughout the process. Clothes are washed and dried in state-of-the-art Electrolux commercial machines that are energy and water efficient.
Clothes are sorted by type, neatly folded, and packaged.
Regular turnaround for laundry is 24 hours. For those in need of expedited service, we offer same-day and 3-hour service.
We Deliver, You Relax
When your clothes are ready, you’ll receive a text message. Your fresh, clean laundry is delivered straight to your door at your preferred time within our delivery windows – ready to wear or put away.

Choose your detergent type, including options for sensitive skin, eco-friendly, fragrance-free, or your favorite name-brand scents. We have a nice selection for every lifestyle.
Let us know your wash and dry temperatures, if you require separating light and darks (each get their own washer), if any items require hang drying, and if you have any special instructions (i.e., you want an item on a hanger or want to use delicate wash cycle).
If there’s something we don’t offer, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
