How It Works
Schedule a Pickup
Place an order from anywhere — via app, website, text, email, or phone. Our pickup and delivery windows are Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturdays 9am to 4pm.
Fill in your contact information, service type, cleaning preferences, pickup and delivery times, and enter your credit/debit card information. Once you submit the order, your account will automatically be created for you. Your preferences will be saved and can be changed anytime.
Expert Cleaning
Once your clothes are back in our store, we inspect each item for stains and damage and each item is individually tagged for tracking. Garments are sent to our local dry clean partner in Manhattan.
Before cleaning, the spotter determines the right solution to use for treating different types of stains. Garments are then cleaned and pressed using industry-leading solvents and machines.
Garments are put on hangers and placed in a protective bag.
Regular turnaround for dry cleaning is 3-4 days.
Delivery with a Finish
When your clothes are ready, you’ll receive a text message. Your professionally cleaned garments are returned to you at your preferred time within our delivery windows – ready to wear.
