In-store drop-off is available at either of our Manhattan locations in Murray Hill and Upper East Side.
Pickup and delivery wash and fold is $2.95 per pound (17 lb minimum) with free pickup and delivery. In-store drop-off at any Crisp location is $2.50 per pound (10 lb minimum). Same-day rush options: $4.10 per pound for pickup and delivery (pickup by 10am, Murray Hill core zone only), or $3.75 per pound for in-store drop-off (drop off by 10am). The minimum for pickup & delivery is 17 lbs. For in-store drop-off, the minimum is 10 lbs.
If you no-show on a scheduled pickup window without canceling at least 2 hours in advance, a $10 missed-pickup fee applies. You can cancel or reschedule for free in the Crisp app up to 2 hours before your window. First-time misses are waived as a one-time courtesy.
Standard wash & fold is 24–48 hours. Same-day rush is available if you schedule pickup by 10am within our core zone.
Dry cleaning typically takes 3–4 business days. Alterations typically take 2–3 business days.
The per-pound price includes wash, dry, and standard fold with our default detergent and softener. Free pickup & delivery is included for pickup orders.
Extras include specialty detergents ($2.00–$3.50/load), separate washes, hang-dry, comforters, dry cleaning, and alterations — all priced clearly in the app before you confirm.
Schedule a pickup in the Crisp app or on our site and choose a 2-hour pickup block. During that block, you'll get a text when the driver is en route — including how many stops are ahead of you — and a second text when they're one stop away. If you have a doorman, just leave the bag at the front desk; otherwise the driver will knock at your door.
Returns follow the same flow: text when the driver is on the way, handed to your doorman or to you at the door. Wash & fold is typically returned within 24–48 hours.
We take claims seriously. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll review and resolve the issue, which may include recleaning, repair, or account credit.
Maximum liability per item is the lesser of 10× the service cost, the item's fair market value, or $250. See our [Store Policy](/terms) for full details.
Payment is taken automatically via the credit card on file once your final weight is confirmed. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through the app and website.
Both work the same and use the same account. The app (iOS / Android) makes recurring scheduling and notifications easier; the website is great for one-off pickups and managing preferences from a desktop.
Our Murray Hill flagship is open Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday 9am to 6pm. Pickup and delivery follows the same hours as our Murray Hill facility: Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday 9am to 6pm, closed Sunday. You can schedule pickups any time in the app; actual pickups run during those hours. Specific in-store hours vary by location, see each location page for details.

Yes. You can set fabric and temperature preferences in the app — we offer hang-dry, separate washes, low-heat, and cold-water options. Items like silk, cashmere, suiting, leather, and wedding dresses are routed to dry cleaning, not wash & fold.
Yes. We carry several detergents including 7th Generation, The Laundress, Meyer's, Woolite, Dreft Baby, Tide, and OxiClean, with fragrance-free options. You can also bring or request your own detergent for health-related needs (additional charge may apply).

Yes. Dry cleaning is processed by our trusted specialist partner. We inspect items inside and out, before and after cleaning. Most items are ready in 3–4 business days. Specialty items may take longer — we'll let you know so you can plan accordingly.

Yes - $35 on dry-clean-only pickups. If you add wash & fold to the same order there's no dry-cleaning minimum. Please bag dry cleaning separately and mark it clearly as dry clean only.
For simple fixes (buttons, basic mending, or hems where you already have measurements), drop them at our Murray Hill store and we'll route them through our tailor partner. For anything that needs a fitting or measuring — suits, dresses, formalwear — please visit our partner tailor directly at 202 East 31st Street, one block from our Murray Hill store. They handle all complex alteration work in person.
