    What is the difference between Wash & Fold pickup and Drop-Off?
    Wash & Fold pickup is $2.95/lb with free pickup and delivery (17 lb / $50.15 minimum). Drop-off is $2.50/lb with no minimum, brought to either Manhattan storefront. Pickup is more convenient; drop-off is cheaper per pound and faster for small loads.
    Do you do dry cleaning in-house?
    No. Dry cleaning is processed by our trusted dry-cleaning specialist partner. Every garment is inspected by Crisp on intake and outtake. Standard turnaround is 3-4 business days.     What is the minimum order for pickup vs. drop-off?
    Pickup and delivery has a 17 lb minimum ($50.15). Drop-off at our Manhattan stores has no minimum.
