Schedule Your Pickup
Open the Crisp app or website and pick a 2-hour pickup block that works for you. You'll get a text confirmation.
Customize Your Preferences: Add detergent preferences, water temperature, hang-dry items, or special instructions before pickup.
We Pick Up Your Laundry
During your 2-hour block you'll get a text when the driver is en route — including how many stops are ahead of you — and another when they're one stop away. Leave the bag with your doorman, or the driver will knock at your door.
Cleaned In-House
Washed, dried, and folded at our Manhattan facility. Never outsourced. Each order kept separate.
Delivered Back to You
Typically returned within 24–48 hours. Same en-route and one-stop-away texts on the way back. Handed to your doorman or to you at the door.
