Yes! If you don’t use all 25 lbs in a week, we roll the extra pounds into your semester balance. You can use them anytime before the semester ends — perfect for midterms, finals, or busy weeks.

If your total laundry exceeds your semester allowance, the extra pounds will be billed at our regular per-pound rate. We’ll notify you before charging anything.

Our standard turnaround time for subscription orders is 48 hours.

The subscription is designed for drop-off service.
If you’d like pickup and delivery, you can book it anytime through our system — delivery is handled by Uber, and standard Uber delivery fees apply.

If you need your laundry sooner than 48 hours, subscribers receive 10% off our Express Service prices (same-day or next-day turnaround when available).

Everyday bedding like sheets and pillowcases counts toward your pounds.
Blankets and comforters are not included but subscribers receive 20% off our standard blanket/comforter prices
