• The minimum for laundry is 15 lbs (smaller loads may be picked up, but you’ll be charged for 15 lbs). If you’re outside 10016, the minimum is 20 lbs. The minimum for dry clean only is $25.

  • Normal processing time for laundry is 24 hours. Air dry items may require an extra day or two. Please allow 3 business days for dry cleaning (not including weekends). It’s always best to check directly with the store how long they think they’ll need to get your orders ready. Basic alterations take 1 week. Please allow 4 weeks for wedding/bridesmaid dress alterations.

  • You’ll receive a text message when your order is ready. You can also track the status of your order on our app.

  • All laundry is done in our store. Dry clean is sent to our plant which is a few blocks from our store.

  • Yes! Enroll on our app, website or live link and start earning points for each dollar spent. These points can then be redeemed for credit towards an order. It’s the equivalent of a 5% discount.

  • No we don’t. All our alterations are done by Janet, our neighbor tailor down the block.

  • We provide free pickup and delivery to residents and businesses in the 10016 neighborhood. Pick up and delivery is from 9am-6pm Mon-Fri and 9:30am-4pm on Saturdays. For service to all other areas of Manhattan, we offer on-demand pickup and delivery via Door Dash and Uber. Pickup and delivery fees apply.

  • We are proud to be a local business so we can normally pick up/drop off within 45 minutes to an hour from your requested time. For doorman buildings, please leave a message with the concierge.

  • Absolutely. We’ve been eco-friendly since our business opened. Our dry cleaning is perc free, safe for the workers and virtually odorless. For laundry, we provide natural soap and softener as eco-friendly options.

  • Yes. We recommend bringing such items to our store locations for an inspection as some items may not be safe to clean. Typical turnaround will be 2 weeks in the spring/winter and 3 weeks in the summer.

  • Yes. We have copies of our store policy in our store and we can also email you a copy. Any issues with orders can be emailed to help@crisplaundry.com and will be addressed within 24 hours.
